Construction Cost: $5 million
Description: Inspection services for construction of a 1-story 15,038 s.f. steel-framed structure designed for religious assembly. Work also included demolition of existing parking areas to accommodate new 220 vehicle parking slots; installation of new sewer, water and electrical services; replacement of existing utilities that service the gymnasium; and installation of new high pressure, dedicated fire mains and hydrants. The structure is outfitted with special theatrical lighting, sound and video systems.
 North Creek Church
Owner/Client: Evangelical Free Church of America
Construction Cost: $13.7 million
Description: Loan monitoring services for construction of a 2-story steel-framed religious facility. Project included new worship center, adult classrooms, church, school offices, coffee shop, kitchen, storage area, restrooms, utility room, and a bookstore. The first floor has 4 classrooms with moveable partitions to allow size flexibility. The second floor has additional classrooms, more offices, conference room, multi-media room, copy room, kitchen, additional toilets, and an elevator to service the two floors.
 Jones Memorial United Methodist Church & Community Center
Owner/Client: Jones Memorial United Methodist Church
Construction Cost: $7.1 million
Description: Owner’s representative for demolition of existing facility and construction of a new 38,000 s.f. two-story, wood-frame church consisting of a sanctuary, administrative offices, multi-purpose room with kitchen, five-classroom educational facility, computer lab, choir rehearsal studies, library, and meeting rooms. Also includes a single level, below-grade 56 car parking garage.
 Mt. Calvary Baptist Church
Owner/Client: Mt. Calvary Baptist Church
Construction Cost: $2 million
Description: Construction manager acting as owner’s agent to coordinate the Design/Build Program. Phase one of the development included construction of a new 15, 670 s.f., 16- classroom, 2-story school and installation of a new elevator in the existing church building. Also included is the construction of an enclosed corridor connecting the new building to the church.
