Description: Project and construction management services including cost estimating and scheduling, change order review, and project oversight on over 15 projects throughout Northern California including San Jose, Stockton, Maysville, Vacaville, Lodi, Chico, Colusa, Oakdale, Eureka, and Redding. Projects include HVAC replacements, furniture installation, paving, office remodel, chiller replacement, window film installation and other upgrades and modernizations.

Description: Owners representative services and project management oversight on various nationwide real estate projects to support Verizon Wireless, Verizon Business and Verizon Telecom. DTA will also manage the planning, design and construction of first class mission critical facilities in support of Verizon Wireless Mobile Switching Centers. This will include leading the team effort through the life cycle of the project, estimating & cost control, design review, schedule control, construction management, dispute resolution, testing and start-up, among other activities.
