Morgan Hill Courthouse & Justice Agencies Building

Construction Cost: $30 million
Description: Project and construction management services to assist the County of Santa Clara for a new courthouse and justice agencies building. The buildings total 61,000 sf and house a full service secured court facility including: 6 courtrooms, Court Clerk's office, jury deliberation and assembly space, court day-holding facilities, offices for the District Attorney, Public Defender, and Probation Department. Services also include cost estimating, constructability review, value engineering, scheduling and partnering.
Phoenix Municipal Courthouse
Owner/Client: City of Phoenix
Construction Cost: $51.5 million
Description: Developed cost estimates for the Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Document drawings during preconstruction. Based on our positive performance, DTA was selected as the on-site Construction Manager. The new nine-story, 330,000 sf facility houses Phoenix's Criminal Justice Administration offices and accommodates municipal courts, City prosecutor's office, public defenders, police, and ancillary services for building/staff support.
 San Francisco Juvenile Hall Replacement Project
Owner/Client: City & County of San Francisco
Construction Cost: $40 million
Description: DTA, in joint venture with NBA Engineering, provided full-time construction and project management services for the new juvenile hall facility. In addition to state-of-the-art security systems, the facility features an infirmary, centralized education center, public lobby and waiting area, large visitation area, recreation space and religious facilities. This project is a collaborative effort between the Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice, Department of Public Works, Juvenile Probation Department, and the Mayor's Office of Finance.
 Alameda County Juvenile Justice Center
Owner/Client: City & County of San Francisco
Construction Cost: $180 million
Description: As part of the Master Plan and the Bridging Design/Build teams, DTA provided cost estimating services. The project situated in a 17 acre site includes a two-story 360-bed Detention Building, two story Courts Building, three-story Probation Administration Building, one-story Central Plant, and site improvements. Levels of efficiency were achieved in the areas of: water-irrigation, water-efficient plumbing fixtures, 850 kW solar panel, recycled construction waste, and 23,800 gallons bio-diesel fuel used in site grading equipment saving 200 tons of CO2. Certified LEED GOLD by the U.S. Green Building Council. This design-build project is the first and only juvenile center in the nation to achieve LEED Gold certification.
 John A. Campbell U.S. Federal Building and Courthouse
Owner/Client: General Services Administration
Construction Cost: $1.7 million
Description: Construction management services for IDIQ design-build contract. Includes evaluation and preparation of Value Engineering Change Proposal (VECP), and cost estimating services. Project includes new louvers replacement, boiler upgrade, removal of existing fire alarm system and installation of new system, repairs and alterations, inspection services, and asbestos and other hazardous materials abatement.
