Construction Cost: $160 million

Description: DTA, in joint association with Gilbane, provided project and construction management services for a seven level complex consisting of approximately 1,000,000 gsf. DTA's responsibilities included cost estimating, schedule development and monitoring, value engineering, constructability review, bid assistance, and document control. The building is designed to reflect the State of California's commitment to sustainable building practices and is targeting a LEED certification.

Construction Cost: $14 million

Description: Project and construction management services during design and construction. The new two-story, 60,000 sf building serves as administrative offices and includes 911 emergency dispatch; a crime lab; SWAT dispatch; storage for explosives, ammunition, narcotics and evidence; high security surveillance systems; communications infrastructure; and fueling station and parking for 117 patrol vehicles. DTA's services included scheduling, cost estimating and constructability review. We also provided on-site construction management services, change order evaluation, contractor oversight, and progress reporting during the construction phase.

Owner/Client: City of Maricopa

Construction Cost: $14 million

Description: Project and Construction Management services including proposal evaluation, design professional selection, monitor schedule, develop and update project budgets, and serve as the City's representative throughout all design and construction phases. The City acquiried a 30 acre site that will serve as the location of a new government center serving the needs of all city offices. Buildings include City Hall, Police Complex, Court Facilities, Park and Recreation Facilities and a Library.

City of Surprise Public Safety / 911 Communications Building

Owner/Client: City of Surprise

Construction Cost: $28 million

Description: Preconstruction services including cost estimating, scheduling, constructability review and assisting the City in selecting a project delivery method. The method selected was CM@Risk. The new public safety building will house the city courts (3 courtroom suites and holding cells), police facilities, fire operations administration offices, emergency broadcast centers, and traffic operations control center. This will be a 2 story structure programmed to have an area of 70,000 SF.
