facilitation, field management, project controls and contractor
oversight. The five-level Knowledge Center/Library complex
encompasses all facets of the digital age in a single, synergistic
complex. This highly programmable library, media, computing
center will become a valuable student resource for many decades
to come. The complex will serve as physical, intellectual,
and cultural center to the students and community.

Description: Project and construction management services including cost estimating, scheduling, constructability review, bid assistance; and during construction, field management and contractor oversight. The 4-level, 167,000 s.f. “green” environmentally friendly facility compliments the campus’s red brick buildings and architecture. Includes a 2 story bookstore, food retailers, ballroom, movie theater, student organization center, conference rooms, outdoor seating and program areas for relaxing, concerts, and speakers. The complex will serve as the cornerstone of campus life.
Kingsborough Community College - New Academic Building

Construction Cost: $24 million
Description: Construction management services during design and construction including value engineering, cost estimating and document review; as well as on-site management, inspection, change order review, coordination of separate prime contractors, progress payment approval, contract closeout documentation; and execution of General Conditions work. The new 2-story, 42,000 sf Academic Village Building houses Kingsborough's College Now, Tourism and Hospitality, Continuing Education, and Counseling programs as well as a computer lab, childcare center and college Visitor's Center.
City College of San Francisco – Bond Measure Projects

Description: Project and construction management for over thirty improvement projects on three campus sites. Construction value ranged from several thousand to several million dollars. Scope of work included coordination of the work with the design consultants and City College facility staff, cost estimating, budget and schedule monitoring, construction observation, document control, change order negotiation and progress reporting. Projects included: ADA upgrades; elevator additions; window replacements; remodel of computer science lab; Child Care Facility furnace replacement; stadium replacements (artificial turf, landscaping and signage); fire safety improvements; gymnasium renovation and the conversion and renovation of classrooms.
Walter Haas School of Business, U.C. Berkeley

Construction Cost: $55 million
Description: Preconstruction services, on-site construction monitoring, constructability review, scheduling, and cost estimate review for the new, state-of-the-art 204,000 sf school facility. The complex consists of three buildings connected by bridges set around a central plaza. Designed by the renowned architect Charles Moore, the complex is terraced to maximize views of the San Francisco Bay and was designed to blend with the rolling hills of the campus.
Princeton University Building Program

Construction Cost: $70 million
Description: Preconstruction and construction management support to the University's Department of Physical Planning in the areas of project management, resident engineering, planning/scheduling, cost estimating, design/constructability reviews and bid evaluations. The campus expansion program included new construction: Material Science building, 409-car five-floor parking garage, and Center for Jewish Life building. Other projects: Graduate College historical renovation, Theology Center fire code upgrade, and Nassau Street Commercial Building rebuild.
College of New Jersey Kendall Hall Renovation & Additions
Owner/Client: The College of New Jersey
Construction Cost: $10 million
Description: Full construction management services during design and construction. During the design phase, a detailed review of all completed drawings and specifications resulted in recommendations for energy conservation, labor costs, budget and time limitations. The renovation and additions consisted of 60,000 gsf existing office, classroom, 1,000-seat theater renovation/restoration with addition of 18,000 sf black box theatre, television studio and audio facilities.
