We have a reputation for providing excellent scheduling services. Our schedulers utilize Primavera and other software to prepare detailed master and CPM construction schedules on complex projects that have several thousand activities and numerous milestones.
Our approach is proactive. We will work closely with the Client, Design Consultants, and Contractors to review milestones, ensure that owner required milestones are included, and that the best possible schedule is achieved. We will also develop a Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule with activities and their sequences based on similar projects and our experience.
Our schedules are compared against the contractor's baseline schedule to determine whether the contractor's logic and sequencing are sound. Our schedulers also provide resource and cost loaded schedules, schedules to analyze change orders and delay claims as well as providing schedule monitoring and updates as the construction progresses.
