We utilize Timberline to supplement our in-house customized database of cost information. We typically develop detailed estimates in Construction Specification Institute (CSI) format during various phases of Design Development and Construction Documents. The estimates often incorporate an informal value analysis that contributes to cost savings and improved quality for the Client. Our final estimates are consistently within industry standards of 10% and often within 5% of the responsive bid.
